See Your New Member Number

You may have noticed a slight change to your Member ID recently, as part of system changes to the Member website.

To optimize your online experience, your Member ID number will now start with the letter “A.” Your Member ID is the same as your Customer ID, which is required when setting up your username and password on the Member website.

No action is required on your part as this update is done automatically if you have already created a login for your Member website. However, if you start a password reset, or are logging into the website for the first time, you will need to include the capital letter “A” in front of your Member ID numbers.
