• Is my Member benefit level the same?

It’s important to know your Member benefit level as it determines booking windows, certain deadlines, discounts, Marriott Bonvoy^® Elite status, and more. See what your benefits are on your Member website.

• How and when can I reserve holidays at resorts in the Vistana Signature Network^®?

With Points, you can make direct reservations at Vistana Signature Network properties, including Sheraton Vacation Club and Westin Vacation Club resorts, based on availability. Resorts in the Vistana Signature Network may be able to be reserved as early as 12 months prior to arrival.

• What about banking and borrowing Points?

Points give you more flexibility and choice. As before, through Abound, you can bank this year’s Points for your next Use Year or borrow from a future year to confirm a holiday today. And, beginning with your 2023 Use Year, Members at the Chairman’s Club benefit level can bank Points into a future Use Year until two months prior to the end of their current Use Year.

• What are some other ways I can use my Points?
o Book cruises, guided tours, and culinary tours.
o Expand your holiday options with specialty hotels and luxury residences.
o Use for airline miles, car rentals, Resort Credit, and more.
