Ask the Expert: Paperless Billing

Sign Up for Paperless Billing

Why not make managing your membership as easy as planning your holiday? Instead of waiting for paper bills to arrive in the mail, you can sign up for paperless billing, or eBilling, so you can quickly view and pay online — and spend more time planning your dream holiday.

Why should I switch to paperless billing?
Managing your membership online is even simpler when you sign up for paperless billing. It’s also the most reliable method to receive your Club Fees/Dues statement and avoid potential delays from the mail service. Paperless billing also allows you to pay online.

Are there other advantages to paperless billing?
Paperless billing is secure. Membership invoice statements are sent directly to your email with no mail delay. And, by reducing paper waste, eBilling is eco-friendly.

What’s the difference between paperless and eBilling?
There is no difference. They’re two different names for the same concept — getting rid of the paper bill through the mail and switching to an electronic method to manage your membership.

How do I switch to eBilling?
Log in to your Member website and sign up to receive email notifications when your annual membership invoices are available to view and pay online.

Who can enroll in eBilling?
Members of Marriott Vacation Club, Asia Pacific, and Marriott Vacation Club, Bali, can enroll in eBilling. This feature is not yet available for Members of Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia.

Is there anything else I should know?
If you haven’t updated your account credentials since new security measures were implemented, visit vacationclubap.com and create an account on the login screen. Enter a new username, password, and email or phone number, then choose whether you wish to activate your changes via email or text. Once you receive the email or text, click the link to validate the account.

Upon validation, return to the login screen, and enter your new username and password. You’ll then enter your first name, last name, and customer ID to connect your membership. You can find your customer ID (also referred to as a Member Number) on the top right corner of your bill.
